Genuinely decent for NYC
Pros
Well-maintained, pretty quiet building. Management responds fairly quickly. Live-in super who addresses any issues in the building promptly
Cons
Occasional pests but very infrequent and addressed when mentioned to super/management. Can sometimes do the bare minimum for repairs but they’re livable

Huge apartments, good managment
Pros
The apartments are all extremely spacious, with prewar details. The management is pretty good and responsive, and quick to fix even cosmetic issues.
Cons
I see roaches from time to time, and though an exterminator comes monthly, he hasn't knocked on our door in a long time and it's hard to nail him down. There is a package theft, with one thief being someone that lives in the building.
