Pros
Location only - everything else is awful.
Cons
Super is unresponsive. Shows up high reeking of weed if he even shows up at all. Some residents have resorted to PAYING HIM to do HIS JOB. Insane. He does shoddy repairs that do not solve issues. Building has a history of rodents, roaches, rampant package theft and homeless people coming in. There are some noisy neighbors that stomp around. Some guy on a floor that screams. Dogs barking incessantly. Place is a dump. Trash is sometimes found in common areas, dog urine in common areas and locks at times are broken. The common areas are never swept or mopped. At times the elevator breaks for days. Sometimes there is no hot water in the winter.
Advice to the owners
Give this place some proper care and a responsive super that isn’t selling or doing drugs.

location, elevator, laundry room except when you’re sharing it with rats and roaches

i think i mentioned the roaches. also have seen multiple rats in the trash and laundry rooms. no noise insulation from upstairs (i can literally hear them burp). rent increases go crazy.

get serious about pest control and extermination
