the unit itself has a decent amount of space and the appliances work.

Cons

- management is near impossible to get a hold of - the super is never on time, often showing up MANY hours after the agreed upon time or not at all - "fixes" to issues are bandaids at best - issues with heat - Not very much light - slanted walls - the basement is something out of a horror film
