Pros:
Good location, access to transit and amenities, affordable rent for a decently sized apartment.
Cons:
Extremely noisy commercial tenant.
Advice to owner:
Address the level of noise from the commercial tenant

Great location, great price, some tradeoffs

Pros:
Location is amazing. Coffee shops, bars, restaurants, groceries, the subway, and Prospect Park all within a short walk.
Rent stabilized so rent is reasonable.
Units overall are updated.
Cons:
Noise. Between the retail tenant blasting music from 9am-9pm, street noise from 5th Ave, and neighbors, it can get very loud. Noise from the store makes it difficult to work from home.
Cleanliness. The building hallway and trash areas are not cleaned often or well.
Responsiveness. Super is pretty useless. Office staff are very friendly but it can take a long time to have issues resolved.
