no heat in the winter. had to constantly bother landlord about it

continue to ask landlord for things you want. if you don't he'll never fix anything

Pros

Great location, two units per floor so not overly noisy, spacious living spaces.

Cons

Mice and cockroaches.

Redo the walls because setting traps is not a long term fix.
