Great Building, No complaints

Pros

Nice, quiet neighbors. Good bargain for UWS. Management is easy enough to deal with. Great location

Pretty great place to live

Pros

Quick maintenance turn around and responsiveness from owners. Pretty quiet area and friendly neighbors. Hot water is very consistently available. Haven't had any major issues

The waste management could be improved: there isn't a designated bin for paper/cardboard recycling and the compost bin is never lined and often has trash stacked on top of it. The hallways and entryway tend to have litter. Have had several packages stolen and management does nothing.
