Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Recent reviews for buildings managed by PROGRESSIVE MANAGEMENT OF NY reveal a troubling pattern of tenant dissatisfaction. Critically, many residents report poor building cleanliness and garbage management, leading to pest infestations and unhygienic living conditions. Owner responsiveness to complaints is consistently highlighted as lacking, with tenants feeling ignored and unsupported. While some residents recognize the affordability and decent heating, the noise levels and neighborly disputes significantly detract from the living experience. Overall, prospective renters should be cautious, as issues with building maintenance and management accountability remain prevalent and unresolved.

Pros

Cons

Building was built very cheaply, you can hear your neighbors every movement neighbors played their music loudly all hours of the day with no disregard for you to have peace so that you can go to work the next day

Advice to the owners

Be more responsible with upholding the rules for the Property meaning dogs feces l do not feel safe when entering my home. Pit bulls running in the yard with no leash on attacking tenants and tennis are afraid to report it because the owners will retaliate against the tenants by scratching their cars and pull knives out on them.
