Well managed building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Throughout my time here, management has always been responsive to my needs, such as fixing leaks, quickly helping me when I locked myself out, AC fix, etc. These events were rare, but were almost always solved promptly without disturbing us too much. Laundry room was recently fixed up and new machines installed, which has made that experience much better. Regular cleaning of the stairwell is done, which really keeps the place feeling tidy.
Cons:
When we moved in the previous tenants left behind a dresser that we became responsible for ridding of. The apartment wasn't cleaned when we received it, and it wasn't horrible, but just annoying to have to clean up after the previous tenants. Laundry room had some malfunctioning dryers for a few months before management decided to install entirely new machines.
Advice to owner:
Make sure the unit is ready for the next tenant
