Large bedrooms, decent apt on UES

Pros

Large bedrooms can fit queen size bed, full desk and additional furniture. Very spacious.

Cons

Kitchen and living rooms lack natural light. Plumbing is not the best. Units itself not the most updated, tiles coming up from the floor in the bathroom.
