Landlord is so accommodating and responsive. Rooms are spacious Windows in every room Laundry in unit
Cons
Can hear outside noise but that's New York

The heating works great.
Cons
The building is very noisy and not clean. The apartments are not well maintained and the management company is not responsive.
Advice to the owners
Clean the building and take care of the apartments
