Owners consistently let tenants live in hazardous conditions, there are bugs and mice throughout the building/ apartments, management basically ignores requests for any maintenance/ repairs.. garbage is always thrown on the sidewalk they just let the bags flop over off of a hand truck lol, and there’s absolutely no professionalism with the super oh and if you order something it’s gonna get stolen
Advice to the owners
Better communication, better treatment towards tenants/ their living environment honestly, more security so packages don’t get stolen every day would be great

I’ve been in this building over 20 years, it’s continuing to get worse, the super doesn’t clean he has a second job that he works and is never here. Any repairs get done half ass or not done at all. There are mice, rats and roaches because he bombs the basement a few times a week. He also puts rat poison outside which gets our dogs sick if we aren’t careful sadly. He usually makes his children do whatever work he has to in the building. Management isn’t great either. 1/10 for this building . Also your mail/ packages get stolen because the cameras are just for show
Advice to the owners
Get a better super please at a minimum the tenants here deserve that. We all pay rent we deserve a nice clean well managed place to live in. Also fix the cameras people do nothing but steal mail and packages !!
