Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Tenant reviews for buildings managed by PAUL MOORE reveal several recurring issues. While neighbors tend to be decent and some security measures are present, there are frequent complaints about poor cleanliness, inadequate garbage management, and persistent pest infestations. Heating systems are often unreliable, and water issues like brown water and leaks are common. Noise disturbances and safety concerns, such as unauthorized individuals in stairwells, add to tenant frustrations. Management responsiveness is generally rated low, with residents feeling their concerns are ignored or insufficiently addressed. Overall, tenants advise more proactive, thorough maintenance and improved communication to enhance living conditions.

Former tenant·Over 1 year ago

Irresponsible and filthy, don’t move here

Pros

1 security guard if that’s even considered a good thing

Cons

Ceiling of the building deteriorated and unsafe, brown water every few months, no hot water majority of the winters, roaches constantly, lazy workers/supers, horrid smell as you walk into the building, grime stuck to the building floors and only swept, property manager never returns messages left in voicemail, dead bugs all over building floors
