Landlord office works passively
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clear inside and outside of the Building.
Cons:
The landlord office is not fulfilling its duties to tenants. It is unacceptable that the landlord office is not responding to tenant’s inquiries about lease. The landlord office has a responsibility to promptly address, but I have been waiting already for 1.5months a feedback from the landlord office about my request regarding to lease agreement. I have emailed them, called them, but still have been waiting. Even it’s a big problem to reach them out by phone. No response.
Advice to owner:
To improve communication channel with tenants
