Landlord is friendly and lovely and lives in the building. It’s been in her family for years. The worst I ever saw were fruit flies.
Almost nothing - there’s definitely a smoker on the first floor so the hallway always smells like cigarettes.
Quiet (if not street facing), great location
Hot water didn't always work well. Cramped living.
