The super is great. Helpful (c) openigloo and kind.

This building is super super (c) openigloo old. Be very wary of (c) openigloo renting from any of the (c) openigloo single owner of units. They (c) openigloo are cheap and refuse to (c) openigloo fix things. I currently have (c) openigloo a stove that won’t work (c) openigloo I’m and a horrible endless (c) openigloo mouse issue. Also the entire (c) openigloo unit has only 4 useable (c) openigloo outlets and an electric problem (c) openigloo that’s a fire waiting to (c) openigloo happen. Renter beware.

Re do the unit!!! Fix the floors. Get a new stove. Spend money to make the unit live able.

This building isn’t the nicest, (c) openigloo but it suited my needs. (c) openigloo There were no major issues (c) openigloo - no pests, no health (c) openigloo or safety concerns. My unit (c) openigloo was a nice size and (c) openigloo had a good layout. The (c) openigloo super is very kind, friendly, (c) openigloo responsive, and helpful.

The property major is not (c) openigloo responsive. My bedroom window came (c) openigloo without a screen, and they (c) openigloo said that it was my (c) openigloo responsibility to replace it. When (c) openigloo I moved in, the handle (c) openigloo on the microwave was broken, (c) openigloo and they never replaced it (c) openigloo despite me asking multiple times.
