I thought that it was a well taken care of building

Slum lord. Don't fix ANYTHING properly ever. Put Band-Aids on EVERYTHING. THE WORST BUILDINGS. PATRICK, the building manager is Rude and bullies the elderly and sick.

Advice to the owners

Hire a real professional building manager. The original manager passed away who was a professional. Pay someone real money to get the job done because this one named Patrick is slacking and is very unprofessional. People pay you high rent so take care of the building and fix the issues in the building, not just the issues you see fit to fix.
