Deplorable, Avoid At All Costs

No pros at all.
Cons
There's too many problems to count. There was heavy mold throughout the entire apartment in the first few days of moving here. To add onto that, there were also water issues (dirty), pests (roaches, spiders, and all sorts of bugs), noise problems and so on. The radiator makes a lot of noise as well. Even the landlord (if you can find him) is absolutely terrible!!!! One of the absolute worst landlords in the entire New York State!
Advice to the owners
Do much much much better.
