very cozy apt

Pros:
- trash chute every floor - storage space - super close to BQ trains - quiet dead end st
Cons:
- paper thin walls (can hear neighbor cough/sneeze) - poor heat insulation due to balcony

Delightful duplex dwelling

Pros:
The location is perfect on a quiet residential and the unit itself is a stunning duplex with washer dryer and dishwasher.
Cons:
The cons are the building at times had hiccups with the roof leaking, the dishwasher breaking, the dryer not working, and the shower pressure not being consistent. Overall the place is amazing but there are some appliance issues that have taken some time to get resolved.
Advice to owner:
Maintain the appliances a bit more

Pros:
The building is nice and newish and has washers and dryers in the unit as well as dishwashers. it's on the end of a dead end street so it's quiet.
Cons:
The walls are paper thin. Building management can be kind of rude.

New building with dishwasher and laundry in unit. Gym and bike storage in basement. Quiet cul-de-sac-like street end.
Cons:
Not much nearby parking, tiny spaces, cheap corners cut.
