Nice house bad landlord

Good water pressure larger rooms

Cons

Mice after mouse caught 9 mice and the still kept coming, landlord was told during a bad rain storm it was raining inside of. Window and didn't respond to handle the problem that day,blamed us for water going down stairs yet refused to reseal the bathtub or find the problem selfish and greedy man

Advice to the owners

Act like a landlord money isn't the only important thing in life when renting to others that are RESPONSIBLE and pay rent on time you got alot of nerve
