Cons

No heat in the dead of winter ,noisy neighbors, delapitated apartments where the walls can talk the entire walls and insulation need to be redone floors are terrible bathtubs they don't fix neither change any tiles..as for pest control they don't sent anyone very rare and if they do they bring in more roaches than they get rid.. landlord take forever to respond it's a sad state of affairs use to be a great building now it's like an asylum

Advice to the owners
