Generally is fine

Pros

Super is very responsive and kind.

Cons

Building is just old. Dealing with mice year round. Sometimes there’s no hot water. Construction in the surrounding area is loud and pervasive. During the summer, the block is exceptionally loud, sometimes till 3am. Management is slow to offer flexible and adequate solutions to problems.

Great location with issuss

Pros

Great location, trash is usually handled quickly. Our apartment has been filled with roaches due to a poorly finished dishwasher unit.

Cons

Currently there are rats in the courtyard. This makes disposing of trash unpleasant.
