Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews for 310 GRAHAM LLC properties, primarily at 249 Ainslie Street, note generally clean and well-maintained buildings with responsive management. Tenants appreciate good garbage management, rooftop access, and afriendly neighborhood. However, some concerns include slow maintenance responses, occasional pest issues, and complaints about small apartment sizes and occasional noise from nearby traffic. Several renters found the buildings somewhat overpriced and suggested improvements in pest control and upkeep, especially regarding laundry room odors and gym cleanliness. Overall, renters recognize reliable management efforts but recommend enhanced responsiveness and better maintenance to improve tenant satisfaction.

Standard new build in nice area
Former Tenant
Pros:
Had no major issues living here, it was overall a nice experience -Awesome rooftop -Great proximity to Graham L stop -Central AC / heat -Laundry in building -Coffee shops and grocery nearby
Cons:
-Room size was veryyy small, but this is pretty much expected in this area -Things would breakdown sometimes, such as laundry or random water leaks, and maintenance could be more responsive -Living off of Graham Ave is louder than nearby streets due to bus route and trucks regularly going past. Wasn't too much of a problem for me though
