Former tenant·Over 3 years ago

it needs help & landlord doesn’t care.

Pros

Location & apartment size.

Cons

Ppl down the block fight & party a lot. Heat never works in the winter your apt will be below 60 Every night & Jerome doesn’t care. In the summer you lose power very often cause they wired the building all wrong. Con ed & 311 cannot help u here trust me. They told me landlord has to pay money to help n he won’t. There’s no rent forgiveness during the pandemic. Even if u have no power for a week he gives no rent credits as he claims there’s no late fees. e Building is old lots of stuff needs fixing each year. The super is cool but cannot do much if landlord says no. Also super sometimes has to hire outside help for other issues so be aware you might not ever get to it if you’re not home.
