relatively clean, great location, nice neighbors, laundry, affordable

Good decently maintained apartment

Cons

Delusional unpredictable landlord who will harass and accuse you of false/ dramatized accusations. Had to threaten legal action to get my deposit back when I left the place looking better than when I moved in.

Advice to the owners

Narcissism is a disease, happiness is a choice, please get help.
