The building superintendent shows little concern for the property, neglecting regular cleaning and maintenance, resulting in a lack of cleanliness both within and around the building. The porters and superintendent seem to lack the necessary expertise to effectively address maintenance issues, often resulting in their attempted fixes leading to further breakdowns.
