Very well maintained building (499 Ft Washington)
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is very clean and well maintained. When Covid hit, the super was mopping the floors and wiping down every surface regularly.

The apartments are huge and pet friendly. I loved the neighborhood and the neighbors in the building were all very friendly and welcoming.
Cons:
Even though the A train runs express from 125 to 59, the neighborhood feels a bit far from the rest of the city.

Also two very small things in my unit that got on my nerves were that the refrigerator made a very loud humming/buzzing noise and the toilet barely flushed with any force.

One larger issue is that I could hear everything my upstairs neighbor watched/listened to, which became a bit unbearable during the pandemic. I'm not sure if they were listening to things at a normal volume, but it all carried down to my apartment.
