Dynamic or too loud

Pros

The super and the building porter are attentive and highly responsive.

Cons

Neighbors play devastatingly loud music ALL the time and become aggressive when asked to lower the volume. Building management is unresponsive and police are reluctant to do anything. If you have any level of noise sensitivity do not lease apt 1E. It’s brutal and you have no recourse. The person playing the loud music on the street corner in front of the building is a tenant and no one will address the issue with him as he is so aggressive. My door was vandalized at least twice after I asked him to lower the volume. Building management was either unwilling or unable to intervene.

Advice to the owners

Take care of all of your tenants, not just the one who has been here for 40 years (he never misses an opportunity to yell that at me as I walk past).
