Cute place, Nightmare Landlord

Pros

Smaller unit building, great location, relatively quiet.

Cons

Landlord is a slumlord, truly. Always a half measure in fixing anything, and things always took 5 or 6 tries to actually complete correctly. We went days without water, and the landlord refused to prorate rent for that time, even though that is illegal. They just know that they'll get away with whatever they want, and the barest of the bare minimum. Oh, and he will absolutely screw you over on your security deposit, won't send an itemized list of supposed repairs, and will blatantly lie and make something up. This landlord sucks.

Looks lovely, tiny apartments and horrible managment

Pros

Close to many trains, on a beautiful block, gets great light

Cons

When we moved in there was shit in the toilet, holes in the walls, and the lock was brokend
