Great place to live

Pros

Never had roaches, saw a mouse (on a glue trap) in the laundry one time but I’ve lived there two years and it’s honestly been a great experience. The replaced my dishwasher when it wasn’t usable quickly and swiftly. Overall great place, quiet neighbors and no rats or roaches.

Cons

Laundry room could be cleaner but overall it was still fine and usable.
