Clean, safe, comfortable
Pros
Super comfortable, clean building. Solid appliances and finishes. In unit laundry and tenant-controlled heat/AC units. Doormen and building staff are all lovely. Mail room is open late and very organized. Never had any bug issues. Big windows and good light for Fidi standards because of the block it’s on. Not much street noise and the windows block a lot when closed.
Cons
The HVAC units are very drafty in the winter and not much can be done about it, so heat can get a little pricey. The building’s rent controlled status is expiring this year unfortunately. Tons of building staff so holiday tips can also add up! But that’s honestly it, it’s a great building!
