it was completely vacant except for us.. so we took full advantage of that

they were still renovating the building as we lived there.. feel like we did not get what we paid for

Building fairly new, no pest issues, noise levels generally find
Cons
Trash is a mess, building is not secure, management does not address matters in timely way (over 6 months with ticket open)
