Very rude landlords
Pros
It was a private space with 2 spacious rooms and a nice kitchen.
Cons
There is a screaming kid next door and the landlords walk in whenever they like without knocking, even if you ask them repeatedly to stop. They also are not afraid to yell at you or demean you. I went all winter with no heat and they said I was lying, though I sent pictures of the thermostat that they provided. They also screamed in my roommate's face and called her names when they were in the wrong. They apologized late but it was very scary and not the first time.
Advice to the owners
Respond to messages and listen when your tenant says their is no heat.
