Amazing neighbors, terrible landlords
Pros
Lots of light, truly love all the people who live in the building, laundry in the basement is nice
Cons
The landlords will gaslight you everytime you have an issue. We didn't have hot water for MONTH and they told us that was impossible. Our wall leaked the entire time, we got mold, and all they would do was occasionally paint

Great building with minor issues
Pros
Newer building. Central AC. Very close to the L and M trains.
Cons
Neighbors were sketchy and it’s a 3 story walk up. Laundry room can use some help
