Roach infested and overpriced

Great location, close to the park and train and great restaurants and bars on the block/nearby Washer dryer and dishwasher in unit, never had any maintenance issues Hallways and stairwells were usually clean and well maintained Lots of natural light in my unit Super was nice

SEVERE ROACH INFESTATION!!! I have lived in New York my entire life and am well aware that pests are hard to avoid, but this building has had an infestation for the past year which got especially bad this summer. I frequently saw roaches in the hallways and unfortunately it got to the point over the last month I lived there where I would see at least 5-10 roaches in my apartment every night despite being clean and putting bait stations all over the unit. I tried to notified the super and signed up for pest control but nothing was done, and as far as I know the building did not have pest control come to treat the building. When I was moving out I saw like 50 baby roaches crawling out of another unit on my floor. Some of my packages were stolen There is a comedy club below the apartment that can be really annoying on the weekends The trash and recycling always got mixed together so there isn’t really recycling Rent increased a lot every year
Advice to the owners
Treat the severe roach infestation in the building!!!!
