Great building in Heart of Ditmas Park
Pros
Clean and well-maintained building with two elevators, general use backyard, locked mailing room and laundry in basement. Huge bedrooms and living room rooms, they do not make rooms this size anymore in new construction. My one bedroom apartment is almost 1000 ft.², the bedroom itself is about 20 x 15. Very responsive super and active building group on Facebook. Close to the Q train and shops/restaurants on Cortelyou Road; three blocks away from Coney Island Avenue in one direction and 10 minute walk to Flatbush Avenue in the other direction.
Cons
I know the building staff tries to do the best they can with pest control, but maybe it's because of the age of the building, I just don't like the roaches. I see a couple every month or so, and for me that's just too many LOL
Advice to the owners
Kill all the roaches permanently!
