It's okay i guess
Pros
Good location, the place is fine if you just need a place to sleep.
Cons
The landlord is kinda an asshole, rips you off. it's a shitty LES walkup with as many bedrooms as possible. The interior walls are SO thin no sound isolation. Bass from the bar next door is sometimes loud.

Pretty standard no frills situation
Pros
Not too pricey, super is quick to respond but definitely a bit over worked
Cons
Lower end of the price spectrum so it can attract some college student types, especially on the bottom and top floors which are all multi-bedroom units.
