Truly Despicable Landlord

Pros

2740 Broadway is the home of Silver Moon Bakery. A UWS institution. They've brought great food, amazing vibes, and love to the neighborhood for 24 years.

Cons

The landlord has decided not to renew the lease of this neighborhood staple for NO REASON and with NO EXPLANATION. Gives you no reason to trust them. They want to destroy the personality and history of this neighborhood.

Advice to the owners

Make things right with Silver Moon, Give them a fair lease renewal, and apologies to the neighborhood.
