Not worth the price
Pros
Electric doorman, laundry in building, mini gym, rooftop space
Cons
No soundproofing, LOUD neighbors, dirty hallways, very expensive for tiny space, barely any response from management for bugs or noise complaints
Advice to the owners
pay attention to the complaints from your tenants and answer your emails

Building in terrible condition for less than 5 years old
Pros
The neighborhood is great.
Cons
Roaches that never got solved, hole in ceiling from leak that lasted months with zero response, threatened to send us to collections after demands to fix hole in ceiling, smelled like cigarettes the entire time, no carbon monoxide detectors, doors not flush with ground, super never responded, leak in basement directly on only functioning dryer, roof never in proper order, landlord was the worst I have ever had

Go be a thief somewhere else
