Pretty good but expensive

Pros:
Proximity to trains and busses, plus close to grocery and banks
Cons:
The laundry facility is horrible, but there are laundromats nearby

Nice building but needs some changes

Quiet building. Very nice janitor/ cleaning crew
Cons:
Rooftop isn’t as described. Would put in a ticket for something to be fixed, but super didn’t come.
