One West End is a gorgeous glass residential tower and this beautiful 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom residence is the perfect place within it to call home. The spacious 1067 SF apartment features wide walnut plant floors and a large living room with floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light. The custom Scavolini kitchen, designed by Jeffery Beers, features walnut cabinets with champagne matte glass, and top-of-the-line appliances from Wolf, Sub-Zero, Gaggenau, and Miele including a wine fridge, wall oven, and large refrigerator. The waterfall edge countertops and backsplash are comprised of Vagli Fine Vein marble.

The master bathroom features heated Bianco Dolomiti marble floors and brushed limestone walls as well as a glass-enclosed shower, Dornbracht fixtures, recessed medicine cabinets with LED lighting, and a Zuma-soaking tub. The powder room has an Eramosa marble floor, a Calacatta Fabricotti custom stone vanity, and more.

The apartment also comes with a washer and dryer and a built-in HVAC system.

One West End commands a full city block and comes with many luxurious amenities including a 75-foot swimming pool, private fitness center, 12,000 square foot terrace with cabanas and lots of green space for grilling an entertaining, a common living room with a fireplace, a children's playroom, on-site parking, private dining room, resident storage, and more.

As of June 11, 2025, the FARE Act is officially the law in New York City. Despite some efforts to block it in court, a judge has ruled that enforcement can move forward. That means renters can no longer be charged broker fees if the broker was hired by the landlord.
