Miserable management company

Pros

Location is great!

Cons

Elevator broken a lot. Heat broken a lot. Bad maintenance response. Unethical management company. They are brokers and benefit when the apartment gets re-rented and don’t care about loss to landlord. Raise rent too high for high turnover.

Advice to the owners

Get a new management company. They are terrible and scamming you
