Newer, decent building in Kensington
Former Tenant
Pros:
No major issues in my apartment and no issues with pests. Like NONE - don’t even need to have regular exterminator visits. Common areas are clean and well lit.
Cons:
Recurring issues with a sewage leak that impacted the entryway, recently fixed. Other neighbors have reported issues with responsiveness to maintenance/repair requests.
Advice to owner:
Rebuild ramp to first floor ADA accessible apartment, the wooden structure is rotten and falling apart
