nice building, terrible management
Pros
building is modern, appliances were working and no major maintenance issues
Cons
We had roaches occasionally which were coming from outside our apartment. exterminators had to come 3 times and sprayed but never found the source of the problem. I suspect it was because garbage was stored in the basement instead of outside on the curb. Management was extremely unresponsive and unfriendly. They increased our rent by $500 a month after a year, were minimally responsive to negotiation and then refused to return our security deposit because we “ did not give notice 30 days prior to moving out” even though negotiations started well before then.
Advice to the owners
store trash outside to prevent pests, actually answer calls when tenants have concerns
