3rd ave and 4th ave aren’t the greatest - people screaming sometimes. right by gas station too

Great small condo, loved living here!
Pros
Small condo with good amenities and well located close to the subway and trendy neighborhoods. The doormen were amazing, they knew everyone personally and made you feel at home the moment you stepped in.
Cons
Apartments on the smaller side, especially the living rooms, no 3 bedroom apartments, I had to move out eventually because of space.
