Good choice but expensive

Pros

- trusted leasing office - lots of space! - many floors - easy way to submit maintenance requests - laundry room, study room, gym facilities are all clean and really good - utilities cost is extremely reasonable / lower end

Cons

- they will find opportunities to renovate facilities or rooms and increase prices for any reason
