Terrible living situation
Former Tenant
Pros:
Hard to think of any pros as this place should not be considered a place for a human to live
Cons:
This apt is located directly above a metal fabrication shop and in front of a fire hydrant that is constantly running and being used by a fake car mechanic shop. The metal shop operates at 7am and it is the loudest situation I’ve ever lived in. The fumes from the welding shop stunk of up the entire apt daily. The apt had no heat and huge hole in the bathroom ceiling. There is minimal insulation in the space so it was very cold. Please do not live here, it is NOT safe!
Advice to owner:
The worst landlord I have ever dealt with. After 3 months after moving out, Gumbu (landlord) deposited a check that he claimed that he lost. The worst person imaginable.

Horrible Year
Former Tenant
Pros:
Spacious, Great Location, Lots of Light
Cons:
The heat always went out in the middle of the night, and was always patched up but never solved. I got sick often because of the extreme cold.

Apartment is over a welding shop that was loud, and their gate shakes the whole building when it opens.

Landlord is a snake, had me list the apartment to show it, offered to pay me commission if it was rented and promised to cover the fees of listing. He never did.
Advice to owner:
Be a better human, don't just take the cheap way out
