Great place to live
Pros
Location is great, issues are taken care of quickly, neighborhood is relatively quiet.
Cons
When the heat is on it’s very comfortable, but there were several days when there was no heat during the winter. Most of the time it is on.
Advice to the owners
Overall, great job! Please make sure the heat turns on when winter begins.

Nice building in good area

The location is great and the heating is very strong. Good owner
Cons
Little storage space (no basement access). Parking can be challenging.
