Decent building, no huge complaints
Former Tenant
Pros:
- Washer and dryer on the 3rd floor
- Relatively responsive management
- My unit is nice, sunny and large
Cons:
- Require you to sign up for pest control every month even though it's mandatory
- Constant trash violations from the city (this doesn't really affect the resident experience, but I see them a lot)
- Can't AirBnB a room in your unit due to building violations

Fine if you know what you’re getting
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location, nothing really “wrong” with it per se... If you want a reasonable starter apartment this works
Cons:
Package theft is so bad, the landlords respond to emails but don’t really do anything to fix the issues, everything about the building feels cheap (finishes, paint jobs, doors, cabinets, appliances) - to be clear the stuff works it just feels and looks really cheap
Advice to owner:
Renters aren’t a burden they’re literally you’re livelihood

Okay landlords ...
Former Tenant
Pros:
Responsive to requests for service, clean apartment on move in, heat and hot water always worked
Cons:
Neighborhood is loud sometimes with fights outside, hallways and stairs are not clean and dimly lit, front door of apartment sometimes unlocked and doesn't close properly
