Building owned by great manager, but problems with pests!

Small building with nice neighbors Owned by extremely responsive and kind management Beautiful units

Cons

No solid system for mail and packages for the apartment Extreme problem with pests, particularly large cockroaches No windows in the living room in kitchen that can accommodate regular air conditioning units, making the non-bedroom spaces extremely hot in the summer months.
