Well Maintained Building in Prime Prospect Heights
Former Tenant
Pros:
Responsive and kind building super/property manager
No bugs - very clean building
Well maintained units
Amazing location
Nice amenities (though very small gym)
Cons:
If you live on the 2nd and 3rd floor, the building is carpeted and you don't hear a lot of traffic/noise, but if you live on the first floor that is not carpeted (hallways) you can hear EVERYTHING: people who walk by, dogs, loud shoes. The walls are very thin and the air ducts are poorly placed, but that is a building issue. New buildings are notorious for being poorly built/not being sound proof.

Overall, quite good
Former Tenant
Pros:
Well-maintained, relatively responsive management, relatively well-maintained, no issue with security deposit return for minor wear and tear
Cons:
Overpriced, small bedrooms and some without actual windows, some strange building design decisions (e.g. tricky angles, etc.), strict with move-in/move-out dates
