Nightmare living situation
Pros
Utilities are fine, there's parking in the back.
Cons
We lived here for several years. It was fine in the beginning until management started giving housing to people with dubious backgrounds. There were numerous violent incidents, police called on a weekly basis. Domestic violence, abuse, drug use. Theft and rackets. Many tenants don't pay rent and are unclean, this caused a cockroach issue throughout the whole building. Some of the tenants were dangerous and we felt very unsafe the final year we lived here. Numerous issues with appliances and AC, repairs were never addressed until the last minute. And, like typically- after we deep cleaned the whole house, they went in, ruined everything, said we did it, and took our security deposit. Don't rent here if you are a decent citizen who works for their money and wants a peaceful environment. This building is a halfway house.
Advice to the owners
These are people you are renting to, not cattle.
Do not live here if you hate roaches
Pros
It is not too far from Flatbush Ave, Target and the 2/5 trains.
Cons
The walls are very thin so you can hear just about anything your neighbor is doing. The worst issue is there are bugs everywhere. There are flies all over the laundry room and worst of all multiple apartments in the building have roaches. Property manager will respond to your outreach within a decent time frame but is slow and reluctant to actually do much of anything about the bug issue. The entire building needs to be treated and it has yet to be done. 
Advice to the owners
Fix the roach issue. It’s disgusting.
